Really good Experience in the Heart of It All
really good customer service local eatery hotel café
The team demonstrated really good customer service at every turn. They promptly arranged taxis and offered insightful recommendations for local eateries. I received complimentary beverages from the hotel's café, and the café's discount was a good surprise. I observed many patrons relaxing while enjoying the atmosphere.
My room lacked soundproofing, so I could hear noise from the hallway. Hallway noise sometimes disrupted my sleep.

The room was large and very clean. The bed was super comfortable, important after a long day of sightseeing. Modern decor added to the charm of the room. It was pleasing to the eye.

The hotel's coffee shop proved a lovely bonus, offering a relaxing experience. A discount made it even more attractive. I saw guests enjoying coffee while watching passersby, and that was relaxing.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay
no elevator poor soundproofing
There was NO elevator, and my room was on the fourth floor. Lugging suitcases up those stairs wasn't the highlight of my trip. the soundproofing was pretty bad. I could hear everything happening in the hallway. Hopefully, they can address these issues (especially the elevator situation).

no elevator small room
the staff provided coffees upon arrival, i found that acceptable.
The hotel lacks an elevator, i stayed on the fourth floor. the room i had was small. there was nowhere to store my clothes (i had to keep most in my suitcase). the room faced the street. Street noise was noticeable at all hours.

a gem near galata
warm team nice stay excellent location
murat and his team are warm i felt so welcome there making my stay nice the hotel is beautifully decorated it offers a beautiful view of the galata tower. its excellent location is perfect for exploring the city. i can't wait to come back soon
